It is available in Transparent and Opaque/Marble variants.

It is made up of soap of fatty acids, synthetic active agents along with solvents. All the ingredients used are free from any harmful effects.It complies with IS :13498-2017 standard.

ABOUT HAIR & BODY WASH BASE CONCENTRATE: IS SBCN622

We are pleased to offer Lathering Hair & Body Wash Base which is a concentrate and it can be used for hair and body wash preparations. You can add on to it further with water soluble Aloe vera Gel, Proteins, Amla extract, Shikakai extract, papaya extract, cucumber extract or customize it with your favourite fragrance and color for visual appeal.  This product is available in Transparent (IS SBCNT622) and Pearly White (IS SBCNP622).

SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT: -

INGREDIENTS –

Transparent IS SBCNT622: Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocodiethanol Amide, Glycerine, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Ethylenediamine Tetraacetic Acid, Citric Acid & Distilled Water

Opaque IS SBCNP622: Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocodiethanol Amide, Glycol Distearate, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Ethylenediamine Tetraacetic Acid, Citric Acid & Distilled Water

STORAGE: - Store in a cool & ventilated area away from heat sources & protect from light. Keep air contact to a minimum. Avoid high humidity and high temperature.

 SHELF LIFE/ DECOMPOSITION: It is stable for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

To make Shampoo & body wash, this product can be blended with water and the viscosity of the system has to be adjusted by addition of salt (Sodium Chloride).  The addition of salt should be done gradually till the desired viscosity is achieved. IS SBCN622 contains mild conditioners.  For additional benefits, other suitable ingredients can be added externally.  Addition of colour and fragrance is done prior to the addition of salt.  Fragrance used should be suitable for shampoo formulation (non-alcoholic & preferably water soluble) and good grade colours are recommended.
