Atul Resorcinol is used in various industries, which manufacture plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, dye stuff and personal care products among others. It is available in two grades. Cosmetic grade is for pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and technical grade is for any other application. The two are largely same except for a difference in impurities.
