ABOUT HAIR & BODY WASH BASE CONCENTRATE (IS SBCN) 
This hair and body wash concentrate its Lathering Hair & Body Wash Base that can be used for  hair and body wash preparations. You can spice it up further with water soluble Aloe Vera Gel,  Proteins, Amla extract, Shikakai extract, papaya extract, cucumber extract or customize it with  your favourite fragrance and colour for visual appeal. Available in Transparent (IS SBCNT) and  Pearly White (IS SBCNP).

INGREDIENTS  

• Transparent IS SBCNT: Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine,  Cocodiethanol Amide, Glycerine, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Ethylenediamine Tetra  acetic Acid, Citric Acid & Distilled Water 
• Opaque IS SBCNP: Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocodiethanol  Amide, Glycol Distearate, Glycerine, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Ethylenediamine  Tetraacetic Acid, Citric Acid & Distilled Water 

STORAGE: - Store away from direct sunlight, keep in cool and dark place. 

SHELF LIFE/ DECOMPOSITION: It is stable for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture.  We strive to ensure material with latest manufacturing date is supplied and material no more than 4- 8 weeks old is supplied to the customers. 

MANUFACTURING PROCESS 
To make Shampoo, this product can be blended with water and the viscosity of the system has to be  adjusted with Distilled Water- or Water-soluble ingredients. For additional benefits, other suitable  ingredients can be added externally. Fragrance used should be suitable for shampoo formulation  (non-alcoholic & preferably water soluble) and cosmetic grade colours are recommended. The  process is as follows: 
 Shampoo/Body Wash Formulation using IS SBCN : Batch Size 180 Kg 

• This Paraben free Sulphate Free Conditioning Shampoo Base with nice lathering and deep cleansing properties. 

• It does not contain harmful chemicals like Amides (Cocodiethanol Amide), Parabens, Sulphates or Formaldehyde.  

• It Leaves the hair and scalp soft & silky smooth. It Comes unscented. Preserved with MCIT& MIT.

• It is available in Transparent IS SBSFT O (T), Pearly White IS SBSFP O & IS SBSFO (P) variants

Keep air contact to a minimum close drum can after protecting contents if something still remains in original containers.Drum can after Avoid high humidity and high temperature.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS 

IS SBSF O- this sulphate free shampoo base can be customized further by adding up to 1% (volume percentage) of additional water-soluble ingredients like Aloevera, Hydrolysed Soya Protein, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein & Hydrolysed Keratin etc.

Please note if the base is heavily diluted the viscosity decreases and additional preservatives and/or thickeners may be required.  Addition of Proteins & other ingredients can affect the foam.  Shelf life. Always make a small 100g test batch and test for viscosity, colour and smell, before blending larger amounts.

Shampoo Formulation using IS SBSF T/P O: Batch Size 100 Kg as below:-

Process : Add A+B in a vessel.  Add C & D in order while stirring gently.  

*Distilled Water should be boiled 3 min and cooled to 40 degrees Centigrade.  

Water Soluble Extracts: Aloevera Gel, Proteins, Amla extract, Shikakai extract, papaya extract, cucumber extract etc that are soluble in water.  Dissolve the extracts in Water (Phase B)
