OTHER INFORMATION: - Can be customized further by adding up to 200% (volume percentage) of additional liquid ingredients. Avoid acids as it may destabilize the product. Always make a small 100g test batch and test for viscosity, colour and smell, before blending larger amounts.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS:- 

To make Shampoo, this product can be blended with water and the viscosity of the system has to be adjusted by addition of salt (Sodium Chloride).  The addition of salt should be done gradually till the desired viscosity is achieved. IS SBCN722 contains mild conditioners.  For additional benefits, other suitable ingredients can be added externally.  Addition of colour and fragrance is done prior to the addition of salt.  Fragrance used should be suitable for shampoo formulation (non-alcoholic & preferably water soluble) and good grade colours are recommended.  The process is as follows:

Shampoo/Body Wash Formulation using IS SBCN722: Batch Size 300 Kg

Process: Add A+B in a vessel.  Heat to 60 degree C while stirring gently, remove from heat when combined homogenously.  At room temperature add C, D, E, F in order while stirring gently.  

Shower Gel Base with nice lathering and deep cleansing properties. It does not contain harmful chemicals like Formaldehyde.  It Leaves the “hair and scalp soft & silky smooth”. Comes unscented and in Transparent (IS SHWRBT O) & Pearly (IS SHWRBP O) versions.

STORAGE: - It Can be customized further by adding Water Soluble Extracts upto 2% and Preferred color & fragrance.  Stable for two years. Store in cool and light protected area. Always make a small 100g test batch and test for viscosity, color and smell, before blending larger amounts.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
                      Body Wash Formulation using IS SHWRB T/P O: Batch Size 100 Kg

Process : Add A+B in a vessel.  Add C & D in order while stirring gently.  

Distilled Water should be boiled 3 min and cooled to 40 degrees Centigrade.  

 

Water Soluble Extracts : Aloevera Gel, Proteins, Amla extract, Shikakai extract, papaya extract, cucumber extract etc that are soluble in water.  Dissolve the extracts in Water (Phase B).

Though we may not realize it but a dry or cracked or not a well-nourished skin can lead to itchiness and an unpleasant feeling of dryness specially on the face-where skin is sensitive, Face creams protect the face from hot and cold and keep it healthy looking. A thick non greasy moisturizing and skin-softening Cream Base enriched with Shea Butter, Coconut Oil & Castor Oil suitable for all skin types.It is a cream base which is sulphate free and suits all skin types.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
To make Cream, Fragrance either Oil Soluble or Water Soluble can be added and Cosmetic grade colours are recommended.  The process is as follows:

Process : Add A in a vessel.  At room temperature add B and then C & then D while stirring gently.  

PACK SIZE: Available in Pack size of 5 litres and transport packing of 20 litres. For sampling requirements get in touch with us, we will guide you accordingly. Usually, products are offered in pack size of 1 litre. For outside Delhi, to avoid chances of spillage- we can send this product along with other products or send 20 litres Drum; we can also send 10 Litres material in 20 Litres drum. We also offer 25,30,50 kg wide mouth carboys at an extra cost to minimize chance of spillage.
